Coffee-Water Ratio: 1:15
Coffee amount: 20 grams
Professional Practice: Start by pre heating the coffee server and the drip by pouring hot water.
Add your grounded coffee to the drip then add 40 grams of water distributing it uniformly
After 30 seconds, add water until it reaches 100 grams and wait for 15 seconds
Add more water until it reaches 200 grams and wait for another 15 seconds
finally, add water until it reaches 300 grams, wait for the water to stagnate and enjoy your coffee
